Sorting Out the Traditional Skills of Rebkong Thangka

传统技艺是历代唐卡画师积累的经验与智慧,通过师徒口耳相传方式,一代代传承至今,始终生发着勃勃生机。唐卡传统技艺可分为唐卡绘制工具制作技艺、唐卡手工绘制技艺、唐卡天然颜料调配技艺三种类型,通过逐一深入阐述与梳理,强调传统技艺是唐卡的传承内容,掌握传统技艺是唐卡的传承目标,坚守传统技艺是唐卡传承与发展的根与魂。

The traditional skills are the experience and wisdom accumulated by Thangka painters of all ages.At the same time,The traditional skills have been handed down from generation to generation through the way of oral communication between teachers and apprentices,And they are still full of vitalities.In this paper,the traditional techniques of Rebkong Thangka are divided into three types:the production skills of Thangka drawing tools,the skills of Thangka hand drawing and the natural pigment’s mixing skills of Thangka.This paper expounds and combs the above three types of skills one by one,And points out that traditional skills are the inheritance content of Regong Thangka.The inheritance goal of the Regong Thangka is mastering the traditional skills,And the root and soul of the inheritance and development of it is sticking to the traditional skills.
