探索西藏自治区图书馆志愿服务工作点滴思考

Some Thoughts on the Library Volunteer Service in Tibet Autonomous Region

以高校学生为主的西藏图书馆志愿服务工作是以西藏图书馆为引领推动全区图书馆志愿服务事业的一项重要社会公益行业。西藏自治区图书馆经过五年时间的探索与经历,志愿服务组织有了长足的发展,随着志愿服务的深入,也产生了人员流失、专业技能不强、组织管理缺陷、志愿服务缺乏持续性等问题,基于此,本文根据西藏自治区图书馆志愿者组织的现状,从做好志愿者宣传思想工作、制度建设、业务培训、激励机制等方面提出探索西藏自治区图书馆志愿服务工作步入正规、健康发展之思考。

The library volunteer service work in Tibet Library,which consisted with college students mainly,is an important social welfare action to be used as a pilot study for the whole country once matured.After five years of exploring and experimenting,the library volunteer service organizations in Tibet Autonomous Region has made considerable progress.With the progress of the voluntary services,the team also has faced various challenges such as personnel losses,weak professional skills,organizational management defects,and lack of continuity in voluntary services etc.Based on these challenges and the current status of the library volunteer organizations in the Tibet Autonomous Region,this article proposes to exam the work of library volunteering in Tibet Autonomous Region from the aspects of improving the volunteer recruitment,organizational system formation,vocational training,and incentive mechanisms in order to further develop the initiative into a more sustainable program.
