现代治理视域下我国公立图书馆管理改革思路及策略之我见

Thoughts and Strategies of Public Library Management Reform in China from The Perspective of Modern Governance

本文在梳理治理理论观点的基础上以现代治理理论为视角分析了我国公立图书馆的发展改革现状,并在总结其改革方案后提出具体改革目标,最后针对其管理体制提出一些策略。

Based on the theory of governance,this paper analyses the current situation of the development and reform of Public Libraries in China from the perspective of modern governance theory,puts forward specific reform objectives after summarizing the reform plan,and finally puts forward some strategies for its management system.
