本文根据文化和旅游部人事司赴英国举办的第三期文化创新型人才培养开发专题研修班学习情况,介绍了英国的文化管理、创意产业、公共文化的基本情况,结合西藏文化创意产业创新人才培养提出建议和意见。

This report is based on the work accomplished within the third round of cultural creative talents training program held in U.K,which was attended by staffs of Ministry of Culture and Tourism.This report presents not only the main status of cultural management,creative industry and public culture in UK but also provides advices regarding how to cultivate creative talents for developing cultural creative industry in T.A.R.
