摘要
思政课是高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,大学生学习思政课的获得感状况是评价思政课教育教学效果的关键指标。在高校既定的组织场域内,课程教材、教师教学和校园文化是高校思政课教学中影响学生获得感内容结构、层次高低和行为实践的三大主要因素。在方法论上,高校可以通过动态优化高校思政课教学的内容供给结构、高度重视高校思政课教学的师资队伍建设和努力营造与思政课教学同向同行的校园文化等方式,去全面优化和提升大学生思政课学习的获得感,实现为党育人、为国育才的教育目标。
Ideological and political courses are key courses for universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents.The sense of achievement of college students in learning ideological and political courses is a key indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of ideological and political education and teaching.Within the established organizational framework of universities,curriculum materials,teacher teaching,and campus culture are the three main factors that affect the content structure,level,and behavioral practice of students’sense of achievement in ideological and political education.In terms of methodology,universities can comprehensively optimize and enhance the sense of achievement of ideological and political education for college students by dynamically optimizing the content supply structure of ideological and political education in universities,attaching great importance to the construction of the teaching staff of ideological and political education in universities,and striving to create a campus culture that goes hand in hand with ideological and political education,in order to achieve the educational goals of educating people for the Party and the country.
