狭窄密支撑硬岩基坑明挖工艺研究

摘要 为了解决狭窄密支撑硬岩基坑开挖难度大、效率低等难题,徐州三环南路排水工程基坑开挖过程中采用竖向多断面同步开挖、静态破碎配合机械开挖的基坑开挖方法;竖向平台间临时坡道作为渣土转运通道的运渣方法;并以基坑监测作为辅助措施。施工工艺可适应狭窄硬岩基坑明挖,有效解决了狭窄密支撑硬岩基坑开挖难度大、效率低的难题,安全、高效完成基坑开挖。为同类型工程施工提供参考。 In order to solve the problems of difficulty and low efficiency in excavation of narrow and densely supported hard rock foundation pits,the excavation process of the Xuzhou Third Ring South Road drainage project adopts a vertical multi section synchronous excavation,static crushing combined with mechanical excavation method;The temporary ramp between vertical platforms serves as a method for transporting slag and soil as a transfer channel;And use foundation pit monitoring as an auxiliary measure.The construction process can adapt to the open excavation of narrow hard rock foundation pits,effectively solving the problem of high difficulty and low efficiency in excavation of narrow and tightly supported hard rock foundation pits,and completing the excavation of foundation pits safely and efficiently,which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
