公办高职院校章程建设的审思与行动策略

Consideration and action strategy of constitution construction in public vocational colleges

根据事业单位改革、高等教育改革和职业教育改革的指导意见,为了摆脱职业教育发展的困境,高职院校需要进行章程建设。在对高职院校章程建设中存在的不足进行客观分析的基础上,深度剖析了在章程建设方面应如何解决强化理论制度,坚守现代职教理念和彰显职教规律等难点问题,力争在高职院校改革创新工作上实现突破。结合江苏建筑职业技术学院在章程建设方面所进行的探索工作,归纳总结其制订原则和主要特点,以期对今后高职院校的章程建设工作起到一定的指导作用。

According to the guiding opinions of the reform of public institutions,higher education and vocational education,in order to solve the dilemma of vocational education development,higher vocational colleges need to carry out constitution construction.Based on the objective analysis of the deficiencies in the constitution construction of higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes in depth how to solve and strengthen the theoretical system in the constitution construction,adhere to the concept of modern vocational education and highlight the law of vocational education and other difficult issues,and strive to achieve a breakthrough in the reform and innovation of higher vocational colleges.Based on the exploration of constitution construction in Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Architectural Technology in recent years,this paper sums up the principles and main characteristics of constitution construction,which is expected to play an active guiding role in the constitution construction of higher vocational colleges in the future.
