钢筋套筒灌浆连接质量检测技术及质量控制策略探索

Research on quality inspection technology and quality control strategy of reinforcement sleeve grouting connection

钢筋套筒灌浆技术主要用于装配式混凝土结构的构件连接,钢筋套筒灌浆连接质量检测在很大程度上决定着工程质量的评级。通过分析当前我国套筒灌浆施工质量检测技术的工作原理及其在发展中的优缺点,结合当前钢筋套筒灌浆连接施工技术中存在的问题,提出其质量控制的相关策略要点。

The reinforcement sleeve grouting technology is mainly used for the connection of prefabricated concrete structures,and the quality inspection of reinforcement sleeve grouting connection largely determines the rating of the project quality.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the current sleeve grouting construction quality inspection technology in China and its advantages and disadvantages in its development,combined with the problems existing in the current steel sleeve grouting connection construction technology,the key points of its quality control strategies are proposed.
