摘要
装配式建筑预制结构外墙大多采用各种单元构件拼装组合而成,如果拼接缝防水技术和密封胶防水效果不佳,在工程实际中容易出现渗漏。为提高装配式建筑拼接缝防水密封效果,结合都江堰市某装配式房建项目对竖缝、水平缝、窗台企口处、预留洞口等防水关键位置进行优化,并引入双组分改性环氧树脂弹性密封胶,可以省略常用的底涂,实现对水泥基材的强劲粘接,尤其是耐水、耐候性及耐霉变性能较好。在节约工序、降低施工成本的同时,粘接部位的抗冲击、抗震等特性也较好,通过施工过程的质量控制,确保最佳防水效果,最终通过淋水试验进行防水效果和实际检验,证明装配式建筑拼接缝防水系统通过一系列优化后,提高了密封防水性。
The exterior walls of prefabricated structures of prefabricated buildings are mostly assembled by various unit components.If the joint waterproof technology and sealant waterproof effect are not good,leakage is easy to occur in engineering practice.In order to improve the waterproof and sealing effect of prefabricated building joints,the vertical joints,horizontal joints,window sill rebates,reserved openings and other key waterproof positions are optimized in combination with a prefabricated building construction project in Dujiangyan City,and a two-component modified epoxy resin elastic sealant is introduced,which can save the commonly used primer and achieve strong adhesion to cement base materials,especially water resistance,weather resistance and mildew resistance.At the same time of saving process and reducing construction cost,the impact resistance and anti-seismic properties of the bonding parts are very good.Through the quality control of the construction process,the best waterproof effect is ensured.Finally,the waterproof effect and actual inspection are carried out through the water pouring test,which proves that the assembled building joint waterproof system has improved the sealing waterproof performance after a series of optimization,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
