摘要
沿海区域城市拥有港口,物流运输便利,易于形成港口特色产业,因此相关特色产业人才的吸引和保留对该区域的经济发展起到重要作用.以连云港市为研究对象,通过对该市在人才吸引和保留方面已发布的系列政策,总结人才发展取得的成绩,找出连云港市人才发展的现状与城市经济发展需求间的差距,并提出了一些改善建议,以吸引更多的人才来连云港市就业、创业和兴业,为沿海区域城市的人才发展提供借鉴.
Coastal cities have ports,convenient logistics and transportation,and are easy to form port characteristic industries.Therefore,the attraction and retention of talents of relevant characteristic industries play an important role in the economic development of the region.This paper takes Lianyungang as the research object,summarizes the achievements of talent development by summarizing the policies that have been issued in the aspect of talent attraction and retention,finds out the gap between the present situation of talent development and the demand of urban economic development,and puts forward some improvement suggestions in order to attract more talents to Lianyungang city for employment,entrepreneurship and development,to provide reference for the talent development of coastal cities.
