高校思想政治网格化长效育人模式探析

网格化管理是一种新型管理模式,它以"网"为区域,以"格"为模块,借助信息技术平台,实现精细化管理.在高校思想政治教育工作中引入网格化管理模式,依照大学生的成长规律和思想政治教育的工作规律,以马克思主义基本理论、社会主义核心价值观和新时代青年理想人格塑造为主要内容,把大学生思想政治教育划分为基础教育、核心教育和素养教育三个阶段.通过这种方式,大学生能够始终处于教育网格的核心位置,在潜移默化中接受思想政治教育,成长为新时代担当民族复兴大任的新青年.

Grid management is a new management mode.It regards"net"as its region and"grid"as the module.With the help of information technology platforms,it can realize delicacy management.According to the law of college students`growth and the education,the ideological and political education can be divided into three phases,namely,basic education,core education and quality education.Once grid management is introduced to the ideological and political education in colleges,it can help teachers to teach students the basic theories of Marxism,the core socialist values and the ideal personality of young people in the new era.In this way,college students can be in the core position of education grid,which can help then accept the ideological and political education imperceptibly,and grow into new youth shouldering the great task of national rejuvenation in the new era.
