摘要
对自我身份的认同是行动的动力来源和情感基础.大学生党员对党员身份和群体建立认同,是其发挥党员先进性和模范带头作用的前提.通过分析高校学生党员的个人认同和群体认同,聚焦高校学生党员群体在这两方面的构建过程,侧重从人的角度出发,提出加强大学生党员个人认同、群体认同,提升党员发展质量等相关举措.
Self identity is the source of motivation and emotional basis of action.The identification of party members and party members is the premise for their advanced role and exemplary leadership.By analyzing the personal identity and group identity of college student party members,focusing on the construction process of college student party members in these two aspects,focusing on the perspective of people,this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen the personal identity and group identity of college student party members,and improve the quality of party members’development.
