高职来华留学生跨文化适应现状及对策

Current situation and countermeasures of intercultural adaptation of foreign students in higher vocational colleges

随着中国"一带一路"计划的实施,许多国外学生选择到中国高等职业技术学院留学,跨文化适应问题成为他们在中国期间遇到的主要问题.通过对江苏地区9所高职院校143名来华留学生的调查发现,当前高职院校来华留学生在文化适应方面主要存在三个方面困难:一是语言不畅;二是文化移情困难;三是满足其适应新文化环境需要的社会支持力量薄弱.为此,需要从来华留学生自身、高等职业教育机构以及教育主管部门三个方面做出必要改变.

With the implementation of the"One Belt and One Road"program in China,many foreign students choose to study in China’s higher vocational and technical colleges.As usual,intercultural adaptation becomes a major problem they encounter during their stay in China.Through the investigation of 143 foreign students in 9 higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province,it is found that there are three main difficulties for foreign students in higher vocational colleges in acculturation:firstly,the language is not fluent;secondly,cultural empathy difficulty;thirdly,the social support to meet the needs of adapting to the new cultural environment is weak.Therefore,it is necessary to make corresponding changes from three aspects:students themselves,higher vocational education institutions and education authorities.
