高校师生体育互动与学生管理工作融合探究

Study on integration of teacher-student sports interaction and student management in colleges and universities

在多元化发展的时代,拓宽辅导员学生管理工作渠道势在必行.从师生体育互动与学生管理工作的融合着手,以综合学校体力活动计划(CSPAP)中教职工参与的板块为切入点,找出与高校师生互动之间的潜在联系,分析了师生体育形式互动的受限因素、学生的互动需求,以及辅导员与学生课后互动的现状,提出了二者融合的方式方法,有利于进一步增强学生管理工作的活性,拓宽学生管理工作的渠道,实现三全育人的目标.

In the era of diversified development,it is imperative to broaden the channels of counselors’student management.Therefore,starting from the integration of teacher-student sports interaction and student management,this paper finds out the potential relationship between teacher-student interaction in Colleges and universities from the perspective of staff participation in comprehensive school physical activity program(CSPAP),and analyzes the restrictive factors of teacher-student sports interaction,students’interactive needs and the status quo of counselors’and students’after-school interaction.The integration of the two methods is helpful to further enhance the activity of student management,broaden the channels of student management,and achieve the goal of"three complete education".
