摘要
在网络新媒体时代的互动式传播背景下和现有的高职院校新生班主任助理制度实施基础上,通过运用网络新媒体技术,改变过去以信息传达为主的宣传教育和管理方式.对大一新生实施有效的管理,并从招聘、培训、考核、队伍建设等方面采取有效的措施,提高新生班主任助理的综合素质,弥补高职院校基层思政工作队伍人员配备不足的情况,为学生和教师之间的沟通搭建桥梁,进一步开拓学生管理工作新渠道,为学生管理工作打下坚实的理论基础和实践经验.
Under the background of interactive communication in the era of network new media,on the basis of the implementation of the existing system of freshmen head teacher assistant in higher vocational colleges,through the use of network new media technology,we can change the previous propaganda and education and management mode of information transmission,and implement effective management for freshmen,and from recruitment,training,assessment,team building and other aspects to take effective measures to improve the comprehensive quality of freshmen head teacher assistant,make up for the lack of ideological and political work team at the grassroots level in higher vocational colleges,and build a bridge for the communication between students and teachers,further explore new channels of student management,and lay a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience for student management.
