高职学生关键能力培养路径探析

On training path of key ability of higher vocational students

关键能力具有通用性和可迁移性,对学生在较短时间内适应社会、胜任工作岗位和具备较强的可持续发展能力具有重要意义.分析了职业教育实践中的共性问题,提出了系统化的有效培养路径,如以关键能力培养为理念,解构人才培养方案;以关键能力养成为主线,实现各类课程统整;以关键能力示范为手段,变革人才培养模式;以关键能力提升为目标,加强学生自我实践,以期实现关键能力培养的有效突破.

The key ability has universality and portability,which is of great significance for students to adapt to the society in a short period of time,be competent for work and have strong ability of sustainable development.This paper analyzes the common problems in the practice of vocational education,and puts forward systematic and effective training paths,such as taking the cultivation of key abilities as the concept to deconstruct the talent training scheme;taking the cultivation of key abilities as the main line to realize the integration of various courses;taking the demonstration of key abilities as the means to change the talent training mode;taking the promotion of key ability as the goal to strengthen the students’self-practice,in order to realize the effective breakthrough of key ability training.
