Government school enterprise cooperation is an important way to make vocational education bigger and stronger.Based on Xuzhou Huaihai Service Outsourcing Vocational Education Group,this paper explores the operation mode of government school enterprise talent cultivation,creates a good interactive environment,seeks a pragmatic mode to continuously promote the cultivation of technical skilled talents in vocational education,and constructs a talent cultivation mode of government school enterprise cooperation,which runs through the whole process of student cultivation,complements various modes,and improves the quality of talent cultivation,better meet the needs of economic development and enterprise production in Huaihai economic zone.
