基于绿色建筑理念住宅小区杂排水回用可行性分析

摘要 回收利用建筑排水是建筑节水的一个重要举措,以徐州市某新建住宅小区为研究对象,计算了小区内各类建筑的用水量、杂排水量和优质杂排水量;进行了水量平衡分析和中水利用率计算;根据徐州市自来水单价,进行了节水效益分析.结果表明:住宅小区以杂排水或优质杂排水作为中水水源经处理后回用,符合绿色建筑要求,节水效益显著;并给出了相应的处理工艺,具有一定的可行性. Recycling and utilizing building drainage is an important measure of building water saving.Taking a newly built residential district in Xuzhou as an example,the water consumption,miscellaneous drainage and high quality miscellaneous drainage of various buildings in the district are calculated,the water balance analysis and reclaimed water utilization ratio calculation are carried out,and the water saving efficiency is carried out according to the unit price of tap water in Xuzhou.Benefit analysis shows that the treatment and reuse of miscellaneous drainage or high-quality miscellaneous drainage as reclaimed water source in residential quarters meets the requirements of green buildings and has remarkable water-saving benefits.The corresponding treatment technology is given,which has certain feasibility.
