摘要
目前,国内高职院校开设的道路桥梁工程技术专业普遍采用工学交替的人才培养模式,学生以分散实习的形式进行顶岗实习.针对顶岗实习过程中学生可能面临的各种安全问题,通过安全问卷调查,对顶岗实习学生的主要工作岗位、工作内容、施工现场主要安全隐患及事故原因、施工现场安全管理及预防措施等方面进行样本采集,并用数理统计的方法进行安全风险识别,确定主要的风险源及事故发生概率,从不同角度提出了具有一定针对性的安全预控措施,从而加强高职院校在顶岗实习期间的安全管理,减少顶岗实习学生安全事故的发生.
At present,the road and bridge engineering technology major set up in domestic higher vocational colleges generally adopts the talent training mode of work study alternation,and students carry out post practice in the form of decentralized practice.In view of the various safety problems that students may face in the process of on-the-job practice,through the safety questionnaire survey,samples are collected from the main work positions,work contents,main safety hazards and accident causes at the construction site,safety management and preventive measures at the construction site,and safety risks are identified and main risks are determined by the method of mathematical statistics in order to strengthen the safety management of higher vocational colleges during the internship and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents of internship students.
