现代学徒制育人模式探索与实践

摘要 针对道路桥梁工程技术专业校内无法进行生产性实训,企业不参与人才培养过程,培养方案中缺少企业定制模块,工匠精神的培育缺少载体,教师课程教材资源开发滞后导致学校教学和行业技术发展脱节等人才培养难题,进行现代学徒制人才培养改革.通过校企协同育人探索与实践,形成基于校企"双主体、双基地、双轨制"现代学徒制人才培养模式,解决了专业人才培养的诸多难题,学生的核心职业能力、职业素养大幅提升,受到用人单位青睐. In view of the problems in talent cultivation,such as the inability to carry out productive practical training in the school of road and bridge engineering technology,the lack of enterprises’participation in the talent cultivation process,the lack of customized modules in the training program,the lack of carriers for the cultivation of craftsman spirit,the lagging development of teachers’curriculum and teaching materials resources,resulting in the disconnection between the school teaching and the development of industry technology,etc.,the modern apprenticeship talent cultivation reform was carried out.Through the exploration and practice of school enterprise collaborative education,a modern apprenticeship talent training mode based on the"double subject,double base and double track"of school enterprise has been formed,which has solved many problems of professional talent training.The core professional ability and professional quality of students have been greatly improved,which is favored by employers.
