摘要
针对煤矸石按不同比例等量替代普通碎石后对中低强度混凝土的工作性能、力学强度及耐久性性能的影响进行了研究.结果表明,当煤矸石取代量超过70%时,混凝土拌合物已经基本失去流动性;当煤矸石取代碎石量超过30%之后,混凝土抗压强度逐渐降低;随着煤矸石取代量增加,混凝土抗碳化性能、抗渗性能及抗冻性能逐渐变差.
The effect of coal gangue on the workability,mechanical strength and durability of low and medium strength concrete was studied after replacing ordinary crushed stone with different ratio of coal gangue.It is found that when the replacement amount of coal gangue exceeds 70%,the concrete mixture has basically lost its fluidity;when the replacement amount of coal gangue exceeds 30%,the compressive strength of concrete gradually decreases;with the increase of the replacement amount of coal gangue,the carbonation resistance,impermeability and frost resistance of concrete gradually deteriorate.
