摘要
为了研究不同种类有机硅对混凝土憎水性能的影响,主要对润湿边角、吸水率进行了试验.试验结果表明:混凝土经憎水处理后其表面润湿边角增大,不同的憎水处理剂对混凝土的润湿边角改变分别不同.涂覆瓦克防水剂混凝土润湿边角为125°,涂覆高交联C8316防水剂混凝土润湿边角为101.2°,基准混凝土润湿边角为38°.混凝土水灰比越大,吸水率越大.当防水剂憎水效果较好时,混凝土吸水率大小主要取决于憎水剂的憎水性能,水灰比对吸水率影响较小.润湿边角和吸水率呈负相关性,润湿边角越大,则憎水性越好,吸水率越低.
In order to study the influence of different kinds of Organosilicon on the hydrophobicity of concrete,the wetting angle test and water absorption test were mainly carried out.The test results show that the wetting angle of concrete surface increases after hydrophobic treatment,and the wetting angle changes with different hydrophobic treatment agents.The wetting edge angle of concrete coated with Wacker waterproof agent is 125°,the wetting edge angle of concrete coated with high crosslinking c8316 waterproof agent is 101.2°,and the wetting edge angle of reference concrete is 38°.The larger the water cement ratio is,the greater the water absorption is.When the hydrophobic effect of waterproof agent is good,the water absorption of concrete mainly depends on the hydrophobic performance of the water repellent agent,and the water cement ratio has little influence on the water absorption.There is a negative correlation between wetting angle and water absorption.The larger the wetting angle is,the better the hydrophobicity is and the lower the water absorption is.
