高职院校党支部书记“双带头人”队伍建设探究

在"不忘初心牢记使命"主题教育背景下,作为新时代党建工作中的一项长期工程,党支部书记"双带头人"队伍建设是全面从严治党向基层延伸的必然趋势.高职院校党支部书记建设至实施以来,虽取得了一定成绩,但仍存在党建工作顶层设计点不够,支部书记选配困难、基层机构设置不合理、培训力度弱化等问题,需要积极探索和构建党建、业务相融互助的理念,严格选拔制度,健全长效学习机制和完善激励监督制度等支部书记"双带头人"建设的有效措施.

Under the background of“never forget to bear in mind the mission”theme education,as a long-term project in the party construction work in the new era,the construction of the party branch secretary's“double leaders”team is an inevitable trend of comprehensively extending from strict party governance to the grass-roots level.Although the construction of party branch secretaries in higher vocational colleges has made some achievements since its implementation,there are still some problems such as insufficient top-level design points of party construction work,difficulties in selecting and matching party branch secretaries,unreasonable setting of grass-roots institutions,weakening of training intensity.We need to actively explore and build the concept of party building and business integration and mutual assistance,strictly select the system,improve the long-term learning mechanism and the incentive and supervision system and other effective measures for the construction of“double leaders”of branch secretaries.
