新时代高职院校劳动教育的现状与对策

劳动教育是高职院校全面贯彻党的教育方针和全国教育大会精神的重要内容,对促进学生全面发展具有重要意义.高职院校应认真分析劳动教育开展的现状,挖掘出主要存在的问题,如劳动教育制度不够完善、劳动实践渠道大幅缩减、大学生劳动能力普遍不高等.针对这些问题,高职院校应通过将劳动教育纳入人才培养方案,加快劳动教育课程体系建设,提升教师整体认知,在大学生中大力弘扬劳动精神,深入开展劳动教育等有力举措,教育引导学生崇尚劳动、尊重劳动,使之形成良好的劳动素养,为社会主义现代化建设培养合格建设者和可靠接班人.

Labor education is an important content of carrying out the party's educational policy and the spirit of the national education conference in higher vocational colleges,which is of great significance to promoting the all-round development of students.Higher vocational colleges should carefully analyze the current situation of the development of labor education,and find out the main problems,such as the imperfect labor education system,the sharp reduction of labor practice channels,and the general low labor ability of college students.In view of these problems,higher vocational colleges should speed up the construction of labor education curriculum system,improve the overall cognition of teachers,vigorously carry forward the labor spirit among college students,carry out labor education in depth and other powerful measures,and educate and guide students to advocate and respect labor,so as to form a good labor quality to train qualified builders and reliable successors for the socialist modernization drive.
