智慧居家养老服务协同治理的逻辑机理与实践路径

Logic Mechanism and Practice Path of Collaborative Governance of Smart Home-based Elderly Care Services

随着现代信息技术的快速发展,我国不断探索推进智慧居家养老服务,在政策与实践方面取得了积极进展。阐释智慧居家养老服务协同治理的逻辑机理,探索实践路径,有助于更好地推动智慧居家养老服务的健康发展。从“场”“域”“线”“环”“核”五个方面理解智慧居家养老服务的协同治理逻辑,我国智慧居家养老服务协同治理在治理主体、治理规范、治理资源、治理行为、治理内容、治理机制等方面还存在诸多问题。未来在推进智慧居家养老服务的过程中,需进一步理清治理思路,强化主体协同,规范治理体系,整合治理资源,反馈治理成效,突出治理重点,优化治理机制。

With the rapid development of modern information technology,China is constantly exploring and promoting smart home-based elderly care services,and has made positive progress in policy and practice.To explain the logic mechanism of the collaborative governance of smart home-based elderly care services and explore its practice path,will help to better promote the healthy development of smart home-based elderly care services.The collaborative governance logic of smart home-based elderly care services can be observed from five aspects:"field","domain","line","ring"and"core".There are still many problems in collaborative governance of smart home-based elderly care services in China in terms of governance subjects,governance norms,governance resources,governance behavior,governance content,governance mechanism and so on.We should optimize the collaborative governance of smart home-based elderly care services in future from the following aspects:we should further clarify governance ideas,strengthen subjects collaboration,improve governance norms,integrate governance resources,feedback governance results,highlight governance keypoints,and optimize governance mechanism.
