党的二十大报告首次将教育、科技、人才工作系统化一体化统筹部署,体现了三者相辅相成、协同发力、强劲支撑社会主义现代化强国建设的重要战略地位,为我们向第二个百年奋斗目标进军制定了行动纲领。新时代新征程赋予高校新的历史责任和战略使命,西藏民族大学将牢牢把握新时代高等教育发展的重大机遇,全面建设有中国特色、西藏特点、区域一流、国内有重要影响力的现代化大学,为推动西藏长治久安和高质量发展,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦作出新的更大贡献。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,for the first time,formu⁃lates an action plan for us to advance towards the second centenary goal.The new era and new journey endow uni⁃versities with new historical responsibilities and strategic missions.Xizang Minzu University will firmly grasp the major opportunities for the development of higher education in the new era,comprehensively build a modern uni⁃versity with Chinese characteristics,and be a first-class university in Xizang.It will make new and greater contri⁃butions to promoting long-term stability and high-quality development in Xizang and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
