西藏对外传播在中国对外传播战略中占有重要的地位和意义,是国家对外传播的重要组成部分,从中央到西藏地方一直都十分重视西藏的对外传播工作。和平解放70年来,西藏对外传播工作在不断探索和创新中,形成了特色鲜明、成效卓著的西藏对外传播“实践范本”,积累了宝贵经验和理念。本文在全面梳理和平解放70年来西藏对外传播实践历程的基础上,系统分析了西藏对外传播的成功理念,以期为未来的西藏对外传播实践提供启示和借鉴。

Xizang’s external communication plays an important role in China’s external communication strategy and is an important part of the country’s foreign communication.From the central to the local government,Xizang’s external communication has always been attached great importance.In the past 70 years since the peaceful liberation,Xizang’s external communication has formed a"practice model"with distinctive characteristics and outstanding results in practice,and has accumulated valuable experience.Based on a comprehensive review of Xizang’s external communication practice over the past 70 years,this paper systematically summarizes the successful experience of Xizang’s external communication,in order to provide enlightenment and reference for practice in the future.
