和平解放时期中共中央西北局西藏工作的历史回顾

Historical review of the Northwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee’s work on Xizang during the peaceful liberation of Xizang

和平解放西藏是中国革命任务中艰巨而繁重的部分。中华人民共和国成立之初,中共中央很快将解放西藏事宜提上议事日程,作出以“西南为主、西北为辅”的战略部署。中共中央西北局接受任务,组建中共西北西藏工作委员会,承担了从西北进军西藏、运送物资、护送十世班禅返藏和修筑青藏公路等任务。西北局的西藏工作推动了中国共产党和平解放西藏的进程,是党的民族理论与政策在西藏革命建设中的一次伟大实践,推进了马克思主义民族理论中国化的历史进程。

The liberation of Xizang is an arduous and significant part of China’s revolutionary task.At the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the Northwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee accepted the task and established the Northwest Xizang Working Committee of the CPC.The Xizang-related work of the Northwest Bureau promoted the process of the Communist Party of China’s peaceful liberation of Xizang,was a great practice of the Party’s national theory and policy in the revolutionary construction of Xizang,and promoted the process of the sinicization of Marxist national theory.
