摘要
本文采用熵权法和耦合协调度模型,构建了文化产业发展与区域经济增长这两大系统的评价指标体系,研究西藏文化产业发展与区域经济增长之间耦合协调关系。结果显示,西藏文化产业发展与区域经济增长之间耦合度比较高,存在耦合协调关系,耦合协调度由中度失调转向优质协调。据此提出坚持高质量发展理念、构建稳定的西藏文化产业高质量发展的财政投入增长机制、完善多元化投融资渠道、积极筹划申报国家级文化经济实验区、推进“文旅康体”融合发展等层面促进文化产业发展与区域经济增长健康融合发展的对策建议。
In this paper,entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model are used to construct the evaluation index system of cultural industry development and regional economic growth,and the coupling coordination relationship between cultural industry development and regional economic growth in Xizang is studied.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
