1950年10月昌都地区解放,党中央根据昌都地区的社会实际,在吸收全国党建经验的基础之上,坚持实事求是,理论联系实际的原则,依托人民解放军,积极慎重地开展党组织建设工作,推动了昌都地区党组织建设工作的开展,亦使昌都地区的党建工作呈现明显的地方特点。

Chamdo was liberated in Oct.1950.Based on the actual social condition in Chamdo,drawing the experience of the Party organization in the whole country and following the principle of seeking truth from facts and combining theory and practice,with support from the People’s Army,the central committee of the Chinese Communist Party began their work in Party organization in Chamdo with proactive and careful efforts.This promote the development of the Party organization in Chamdo with remarkable local features.
