藏族记忆构建视域下藏族档案数字资源跨业界整合研究

Research on the Cross-border Integration of Tibetan Archives Digital Resources from the Perspective of Tibetan Memory Construction

开展藏族档案数字资源跨业界整合,是完整构建与传承藏族记忆的重要方式。本文提出藏族档案数字资源跨业界整合问题,论证建设思路,分析滞后问题,提出整合思路与实现对策。在藏族记忆建构视域下,依托西藏自治区档案馆,将西藏以及其他地区的档案馆、图书馆、博物馆、民委古籍办等收藏单位纳入资源建设框架,通过构建工作机制、统一建设标准、开发特色数据库以及建立数字资源共享平台等方式开展藏族档案数字资源整合建设,可推进资源体系化建设,完整构建与传承藏族记忆,实现藏族档案数字资源共建共享。

This paper puts forward the problem of cross-border integration of Tibetan Archives digital resources,demonstrates the construction ideas,analyzes the lag problems,and puts forward the integration ideas and implementation countermeasures.In the perspective of Tibetan memory construction,relying on Tibet Autonomous Region Archives,Regional Archives,Libraries,Museums,Ancient books offices shall be included in the framework of resource construction.By constructing the working mechanism,unifying the construction standards,developing the characteristic database and establishing the digital resource sharing platform,the integration of Tibetan Archives digital resources can promote the systematic construction of resources,completely construct and inherit the Tibetan memory,and realize the sharing of Tibetan Archives digital resources.
