新、旧西康之间:刘赞廷康、藏方志研究

Between the New and the Old of Xikang:Research on Liu Zan-ting’s County Annals

刘赞廷撰修的西康、西藏地区四十七县县志,是近代康藏史研究的重要参考文献。这部分县志根据编纂时间的不同,可分为"稿本"与"正本"两个版本。通过对二者的比较,可以发现正本县志在稿本县志的基础上,对类目与相关内容做了不少修订。在这一过程中,刘赞廷对康、藏地区的历史与传统以及县志编修的规范都有了更深的认识。刘赞廷的县志辑录了大量赵尔丰改土归流时期的文献,具有相当的史料价值,但县志缺乏现实观照,很难为"新西康"的主政者刘文辉提供借鉴。

Liu Zanting compiled county annals for 47 counties in Xikang and Tibet,which is an importantreference for the study of modern Tibetan history.These county annals can be divided into draft and official ver-sions.By comparing the two versions,we can find that Liu Zanting has made many revisions.In this process,Liu Zanting had a deeper understanding of the history and tradition of Tibetan regions,as well as the stan-dardization of county annals compilation.Liu Zanting’s county annals compiled a large number of documents,which is of considerable historical value.However,the county annals themselves do not pay attention to realityand are difficult to provide reference for Liu Wenhui,the ruler of Xikang Province.
