右美托咪定在产科麻醉与镇痛中的应用研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 右美托咪定(Dex)作为高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,在麻醉、镇静与术后镇痛中发挥重要作用。目前,Dex主要应用于产科麻醉与镇痛,但因其具有独特的药理学特性,能够模拟自然睡眠状态的镇静,还具有协同镇痛、降低应激反应、稳定血流动力学、抗寒战、无呼吸抑制等作用,许多研究者都对Dex在产科中的应用进行了探讨。作者对Dex在产科麻醉与镇痛中的应用研究进行综述,旨在为广大麻醉医师提供借鉴。 Dexmedetomidine(Dex),as a highly selectiveα2-adrenergic receptor agonist,plays an important role in anesthesia,sedation and postoperative analgesia.At present,Dex is applied in obstetric anesthesia and analgesia,but because of its unique pharmacological characteristics,the Dex can simulate the sedation of natural sleep state,and also has roles of synergistic analgesia,reducing stress response,stabilizing hemodynamics,anti-shiver and no respiratory inhibition,so lots of researchers have studied the application of Dex in Department of Obstetrics.The authors reviewed the application of Dex in obstetric anesthesia and analgesia in order to provide references for anesthesiologists.
