城区医养结合机构照护者照护能力影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors on nursing ability of caregivers in medical and nursing combination institutions in urban area

目的探讨医养结合机构老年心血管疾病患者照护者照护能力影响因素。方法采用判断抽样方法,选择北京市城区医养结合机构276名老年心血管疾病患者照护者为研究对象,采用《家庭照护者能力量表》《电子健康素养量表》《心理一致感量表》调查其照护能力、电子健康素养(eHL)和心理一致感(SOC)情况。结果研究对象的照护能力、eHL、SOC得分分别为(28.3±6.1)、(17.0±5.9)和(69.0±9.4)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,将职业当作事业、主观收入感受一般或较好、有照护失能对象、心血管疾病基本常识掌握情况较好和eHL合格的照护者照护能力均相对较高(P值均<0.01);SOC得分越高的照护者其照护能力越高(P<0.01)。结论职业认同、主观收入、掌握心血管疾病基本常识、照护对象失能情况、eHL和SOC均是城区医养结合机构老年心血管疾病患者照护者照护能力的影响因素。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors on the nursing ability of caregivers who provide service for elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in medical and nursing combination institutions.Methods A total of 276 caregivers who provide service for elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in medical and nursing combination institutions in Beijing urban area were selected as research subjects using the judgment sampling method.The Chinese Caregiver Task Inventory,eHealth Literacy(eHL)Scale and Sense of Coherence(SOC)Scale were used to investigate the nursing ability,eHL and SOC.Results The scores of nursing ability,eHL and SOC of the caregivers were(28.3±6.1),(17.0±5.9)and(69.0±9.4),respectively.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that caregivers who regarded the occupation as a career,had general or good subjective income,cared for disabled subjects,had a good basic knowledge of cardiovascular disease and qualified eHL had relatively high nursing ability(all P<0.01).The higher the SOC score,the higher the nursing ability(P<0.01).Conclusion Occupational recognition,subjective income,master the basic knowledge of cardiovascular diseases,disability of nursing patients,eHL and SOC were factors affecting the nursing ability of caregivers who provide service for elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases in urban medical and nursing combination institutions.
