摘要
目的分析叙事护理应用于减轻脑卒中患者心理痛苦的效果。方法自2019年3月至8月,从玉溪市人民医院脑血管病科住院的新发脑卒中患者中,抽取用心理痛苦温度计(distress thermometer,DT)筛查出存在心理痛苦问题的患者106例,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各53例。研究组接受叙事护理,对照组接受常规护理。出院时,比较并分析两组患者的DT评分与患者满意度。结果出院时,研究组患者的DT评分明显低于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理对减轻脑卒中患者心理痛苦的效果显著。
objective To analyze the effect of narrative nursing in alleviating the psychological pain of stroke patients,and to provide reference for clinical nursing work.Method From March to August 2019,cerebrovascular diseases in the hospital from People’s Hospital of Yuxi City of new cerebral apoplexy patients,extraction with psychological distress thermometer (distress thermometer,DT) screening out of 106 cases of patients,psychological distress problems were randomly divided into research group (n=53) and the control group (n=53).The research group accepted narrative nursing and the control group accepted routine nursing care.DT score and patient satisfaction at discharge were compared and analyzed between these two groups.Results The DT score of the research group at discharge was significantly lower than that at admission,it was statistically significant.Conclusion Narrative nursing has a significant effect on alleviating the psychological pain of stroke patients.
