儒家思想一直是中国传统文化的核心,其中"仁"的学说体现了人道精神,"礼"的学说则体现了礼制精神。现代医学随着科技的发展而日新月异,在追求技术的同时忽略了"人"这个核心。将儒家思想中的"礼"与"仁"的学说结合叙事医学,并创新应用于临床实践,让患者领悟到全新的生命意义,也使医者反思自身的不足之处。叙事医学作为一门新生学科,弥补了医疗技术中固有的缺陷和不足,对于促进医患和谐有着重要的现实意义。

Chinese traditional culture has developed in continuous transmission,of which Confucianism has always been its core thought in the past two thousand years.The thought of"Courtesy"and"Benevolence"in Confucianism is particularly striking.The theory of benevolence embodies the spirit of humanity,while the doctrine of courtesy contains the spirit of etiquette.Great progress in modern medicine is accompanied by the development of science and technology,but the pursuit of the technical level often put sits on the core of"human nature".Narrative medicine,as a new discipline,makes up for the inherent defects and deficiencies in medical technology,which is of great practical significance in promoting the communication and harmony between doctors and patients.Looking for unexpected harvest by applying the traditional Confucian"Courtesy"and"Benevolence"ideas to the current clinical practice of medicine.
