在当前医学模式转变的大背景下,叙事医学的推广和灵性照顾的提出无疑给患者带来了福音,也是医疗趋势之必然。本文阐述了医学模式的转变,叙事医学和灵性照顾的来源,论述了社区医疗面临的困境和在社区医疗团队服务中加入叙事医学及灵性照顾元素的可行性、必要性,列举了社区医疗中的1例案例。

In the context of the current transformation of the medical model, the promotion of narrative medicine and the advancement of spiritual care will undoubtedly bring the gospel to patients, which is also a necessity of the current medical trend. The author expounds the change of medical model, the sources of narrative medicine and spiritual care, and describes the difficulties faced by community medicine and the feasibility and necessity of adding elements of narrative medicine and spiritual care to the services of community medical teams. An example of the author’s case in community medicine is given.
