叙事护理对维持性血液透析患者负性情绪的影响

The Influence of Narrative Nursing on Negative Emotion of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨叙事护理对维持性血液透析患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年10月在山东省聊城市第二人民医院行维持性血液透析的80例患者,用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估患者情绪,对存在焦虑、抑郁的58例患者运用叙事护理进行心理干预,3周后再次评估患者心理状况。结果干预后,患者的焦虑、抑郁得分与干预前比较有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理能够帮助患者打开负性情绪的发泄口,改善心理状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing on the negative emotions of anxiety and depression in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods From April 2018 to October 2019,80 maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected from hemodialysis room of our hospital.Their emotions were assessed by SDS and SAS,and 58 patients with anxiety and depression were psychologically intervened by narrative nursing.,their psychological status was assessed again after 3 weeks.Results The patients with mild and moderate anxiety and depression were given narrative nursing.The scores of anxiety and depression of the patients after the intervention were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervener plans could help patients open the vent of negative emotions,improve their psychological state and improve their quality of life.
