摘要
癌痛是癌症患者的常见症状之一,在临床上属于慢性疼痛,是一种疾病。癌痛会严重影响患者的生命质量,却在一定程度上被忽视与遮蔽。本文采用质性研究,通过参与式观察与深度访谈,从疾痛叙事的角度出发,旨在探讨癌痛患者的疼痛体验与情感表达。癌痛患者不仅承担着躯体的疼痛,亦担负着疾痛的个人意义、社会意义与文化意义的多重压迫,不同个体的疾痛叙事有不一样的呈现与意义。把叙事医学纳入医学人文领域,有助于实现故事深处的医患共情,深化医学人文的理论与实践。
Cancer pain is the most common symptom of cancer patients,and has been considered as chronic pain in clinical practice.It can seriously affect their quality of life,but to a certain extent has been ignored and covered.The purpose of this paper is to explore the pain experience and emotional expression of cancer pain patients from the perspective of disease pain narration through qualitative research,participatory observation and in-depth interview methods.Cancer pain patients not only bear the pain of the body,but also bear the disease pain of personal significance,social significance and cultural implications of multiple oppression.Different individual pain narrative has different presentation and significance.Bringing narrative medicine into medical humanities is helpful to realize the doctor-patient empathy in the story and deepen the theory and practice of medical humanities.
