摘要
简要介绍了几种钛粉制备工艺的原理、研究进展和优缺点,包括雾化法、氢化脱氢法、热还原法、射频等离子球化法等,并根据每种工艺的不足指出今后钛粉制备的发展趋势。
The principle,research progress,advantages and disadvantages are briefly introduced of several titanium powder preparation technologies such as atomization method,hydrogenation dehydrogenation method,thermal reduction method,and radio frequency plasma spheroidization method.According to the deficiencies of each technology,the future development trend of titanium powder preparation is pointed out.
