溶剂萃取法回收钛白废液中钒的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 以钛白废液为原料,采用P507为萃取剂进行钒的萃取分离回收。考察了萃取剂种类和浓度、有机相与水相比、溶液pH值、萃取温度和时间对钛白废液中钒萃取率的影响。结果表明:在有机相配比为15%P507+5%仲辛醇+80%磺化煤油、钛白废液pH值为2.0、有机相和水相比为1.25∶1、温度为50℃、振荡时间为6min的条件下,钛白废液中的钒萃取率大于98%。萃取饱和有机相经过硫酸反萃、NaClO3氧化、铵盐沉钒、540℃煅烧后,得到纯度大于99%的V2O5产品。 Vanadium was separated and recovered from titanium dioxide wastewater by solvent extraction using P507 as the extractor.The effects of extractor type and concentration,O/A phase ratio,solution pH,extraction temperature and time on the extraction rate of vanadium in titanium dioxide wastewater were investigated.The results show that the extraction rate of vanadium is more than 98% under the following conditions:organic phase of 15%P507+5%2-octyl alcohol+80% sulfonated kerosene,solution pH value of 2.0,O/A phase ratio of 1.25∶1,extraction temperature and time of 50℃ and 6min.The V2O5 product with a purity greater than 99% is obtained by sulfuric acid reverse extraction of the saturated organic phase,NaClO3 oxidation,ammonium salt precipitation and roasting at 540℃.
