幼师学生道德人格特点调查分析

摘要 道德人格是个体在社会化过程中形成的道德认知,道德人格对个人及社会的发展具有深远影响。培养健全的道德人格是幼师队伍建设的第一要务,而幼师学生作为未来教师队伍的中坚力量,他们的道德人格特点直接关系到幼儿的身心健康、习惯养成、智力发展等。通过量表法、访谈法对幼师学生道德人格特点进行调查分析,发现幼师学生的道德人格总体上是积极的、健康的,尤其在人际交往和社会准则的遵守上发展水平较高,但也存在个人主义偏向。
