摘要
为解决拧紧现场产品的规范化、生产的透明化、生产的实时调度监控等拧紧工艺发展亟需解决的问题,本文通过对拧紧机设备效能数据进行集成和实时监测,设计基于统计过程控制的质量分析工具,采用工件数据、工况数据、拧紧结果数据等多个维度的基础数据对其进行质量分析,并通过过程能力指数等指标动态观察工艺规范/工件规范/设备维度的质量情况的“智拧云”系统,实时掌握拧紧质量变化趋势,为应用管理、生产管理、工艺优化、设备技改投资等提供决策支持。
In order to solve the urgent problems of tightening process development such as standardization of products on the tightening site,transparency of production,real-time scheduling and monitoring of production,this paper provides statistical information of equipment operation efficiency through integration and real-time monitoring of the efficiency data of the tightening machine equipment,designs a quality analysis tool based on statistical process control,and uses basic data from multiple dimensions such as workpiece data,working condition data,and tightening result data to conduct quality analysis.The“Smart Tightening Cloud”system dynamically observes the quality situation of process specifications/workpiece specifications/equipment dimensions through indicators such as process capability index,and real-time grasps the trend of tightening quality changes,providing decision-making support for application management,production management,process optimization,equipment technology transformation investment,etc.
