一例猫传染性腹膜炎的诊疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of One Case of Feline Infectious Peritonitis

猫传染性腹膜炎(FIP)是由猫冠状病毒的变异株或重组体引发的具有不同临床症状的综合征,主要发生在细胞免疫应答较弱的猫,分渗出型和非渗出型。通过对患病猫进行临床检查、SAA检查、胰腺炎检查、血常规检查、血液生化检查、体液检查、影像学检查等,确诊为渗出型猫传染性腹膜炎,患猫主要表现为胸腔积液、食欲不振、呼吸困难。经对症治疗和支持疗法后患猫胸腔积液减少,精神食欲恢复正常。

Feline infectious peritonitis(FIP)is a clinical disease syndrome with different manifestations which is caused by variants or recombinants of feline coronavirus.It mainly occurs in cats with weak cellular immune response,which includes exudative type and non exudative type.The sick cat was diagnosed as infectious exudative peritonitis through the clinical examination,SAA examination,pancreatitis examination,blood routine examination,biochemical examination,body cavity fluid examination and imaging examination.The infected cat mainly showed pleural effusion,loss of appetite and dyspnea.After symptomatic treatment and supportive therapy,the pleural effusion decreased and mental appetite returned to normal.
