突发公共事件中“意见领袖型”科研人员的媒介素养——基于新冠肺炎疫情期间的考察

The Media Literacy of "Opinion Leader Type" Scientific Researchers in Public Emergencies——A Case Study During COVID-19 Epidemic

突发公共事件发生后,作为向公众传递信息的重要主体之一,“意见领袖型”科研人员媒介素养的水平,决定着信息传递质量的优劣,事关舆论秩序、社会稳定。但对此目前学界失于关注,业界疏于重视。在界定科研人员公众传播情境的基础上,梳理了本次新冠疫情期间部分科研人员的媒介素养表现,即唤醒主体责任、适时适度公开、共意共情表达。通过上述探讨,为本次疫情及今后可能发生的其他突发公共事件科研工作者媒介素养的提升,提供参考。

As one of the important subjects of public emergency information,the media literacy of"opinion leader"scientific researchers determines the quality of information transmission,is also related to the order of public opinion as well as social stability.However,at present,neither the academic circle nor the industry has paid enough attention to it.On the basis of defining the public communication situation of scientific researchers,this paper summarizes the media literacy of some scientific researchers during the COVID-19epidemic,that is,awaken subject responsibility,timely and appropriate disclosure,consensus and empathy expression.The review above provides references to the promotion of media literacy of scientific researchers for this epidemic and other unexpected public events in the future.
