高校财务网上审批模式探究

Research on the Online Examination and Approval Mode of College Finance

为缓解高校财务报销“签字难”的问题,财务报销网上审批模式逐步推广实施。高校财务网上审批克服了传统线下审批方式存在的诸多不便,有效减少了报销人的时间消耗,提高了审批效率。本文以“X”高校为例,详细介绍了网上审批模式的设计、实现的功能及努力的方向,对高校财务实施网上审批进行了积极探索,以期为其他高校开展网上审批提供借鉴。

In order to alleviate the problem of"difficulty in signature"for financial reimbursement in colleges and universities,the online approval mode of financial reimbursement is gradually promoted and implemented.The online examination and approval of university finance overcomes many inconveniences existing in the traditional offline examination and approval method,effectively reduces the reimbursement time,and improves the examination and approval efficiency.Taking"X"university as an example,this paper introduces the design,functions and future direction of the online examination and approval model in details,and actively explores the implementation of online examination and approval in college finance,in order to provide reference for other universities to carry out online examination and approval.
