我国服务业高质量发展测度及空间收敛性分析

Measurement and Spatial Convergence Analysis of High-quality Development of China's Service Industry

从创新驱动、协调融合、绿色发展和开放共享等4个角度构建我国服务业高质量发展评价体系,并测度我国2009—2021年30个省区市服务业高质量发展水平,采用Dagum基尼系数及其分解法、核密度估计法以及α收敛、β收敛和俱乐部收敛模型对我国服务业高质量发展水平的区域差异、分布动态和收敛特征进行全面分析。结果表明:我国服务业高质量发展水平呈现显著的空间非均衡性和正空间相关性;区域间差异是区域差异的主要来源;全国及三大区域不存在α收敛但是存在绝对β、条件β收敛和俱乐部收敛,人口密度、人力资本存量、政府影响程度和金融发展水平均有利于缩小各区域服务业高质量发展水平的差距。因此,应该深刻认识到我国服务业高质量发展存在明显的空间非均衡性,应给予适当的政策倾斜,同时构建区域交流的合作机制,完善公共基础服务,引导人口有序流动,促进金融发展水平提升,从而推进区域间协调发展,缩小区域间差距。

The evaluation system of high-quality development of China's service industry is constructed from the four perspectives of innovation-driven,coordinated integration,green development and openness and sharing,the high-quality development level of service industry in 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2009 to 2021 is measured,and the regional differences,distribution dynamics and convergence characteristics of the high-quality development level of China's service industry are comprehensively analyzed by Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method,kernel density estimation method,a convergence,βconvergence and club convergence model.The results show that the high-quality development level of China's service industry shows significant spatial imbalance and positive spatial correlation.Interregional differences are the main source of regional differences;There is no a convergence but absoluteβ,conditionsβconvergence and club convergence,and population density,human capital stock,government influence and financial development level are all conducive to narrowing the gap between the high-quality development level of the service industry in various regions.Therefore,we should deeply recognize the obvious spatial imbalance in the high-quality development of China's service industry,and should give appropriate policy preferences,and at the same time build a cooperation mechanism for regional exchanges.improve public basic services,guide the orderly flow of population,and invest in financial development levels,so as to promote coordinated development between regions and narrow the gap between regions.
