摘要 通过试验研究了硅灰、纤维素醚、木质纤维对水泥基灌浆料用水量敏感性及力学性能的影响。采用这3种材料复合使用,发挥各自的优点,弥补缺点,取得最佳效果,当硅灰掺量为6%、纤维素醚掺量为0.005%、木质纤维掺量为0.05%时,水泥基灌浆料的用水量敏感性明显改善。在高用水量条件下,水泥基灌浆料试件断面骨料分布均匀,无分层泌水。 The effects of silica fume,cellulose ether and wood fiber on water consumption sensitivity and mechanical properties of cement-based grouting materials were analyzed through experiments. Three kinds of materials are used in combination to give full play to their advantages,make up for their shortcomings and achieve the best results. When the dosage of silica fume is 6%,cellulose ether is 0.005%,wood fiber is 0.05%,the water sensitivity of cement-based grouting material is obviously improved. Under the condition of high water consumption,the aggregate distribution in the section of cement-based grouting material specimen is u-niform and there is no stratified bleeding.
