多元固废材料对透水混凝土性能的协同效应 被引量:4

摘要 为制备高强绿色生态透水混凝土,分析了非连续粒级粗骨料粒径、水胶比等因素对透水混凝土抗压强度和透水系数的影响,研究了硅灰、粉煤灰、铁尾矿砂等多元固废材料对透水混凝土抗压强度的协同效应及对透水系数的影响。试验得到的最优配合比为:石子1450 kg/m^3、水泥360 kg/m^3、粉煤灰20 kg/m^3、硅灰20 kg/m^3、铁尾矿砂8 kg/m^3、水120 kg/m^3,制得的透水混凝土抗压强度为36.5 MPa,透水系数为10 mm/s。 In order to prepare high strength-green ecological pervious concrete,the influence of discontinuous aggregate and water cement ratio on the compressive strength and permeability of pervious concrete were analyzed at first. Then the synergistic effect of solid waste materials such as silica fume,fly ash and iron tailings on the compressive strength and permeability of pervious concrete were discussed. Finally,a kind of pervious concrete with compressive strength of 36.5 MPa and permeability of 10 mm/s was successfully prepared. The optimal mix ratio of green pervious concrete is 1450 kg/m^3 of stone,360 kg/m^3 of cement,20 kg/m^3 of fly ash,20 kg/m^3 of silica fume,8 kg/m^3 of iron tailings and 120 kg/m^3 of water.
