人造板材表面铝硅酸盐涂层的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用偏高岭土与碱激发剂(Na2SiO3+NaOH)反应制备无机铝硅酸盐涂料,将其刮涂至密度板表面,经自然干燥制备了无机铝硅酸盐涂层,用以阻隔密度板中的甲醛释放。采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM等对涂层的组成和微观形貌进行表征,并分别测试了涂层的甲醛阻隔性能、硬度和附着力。结果表明:偏高岭土在碱激发剂作用下发生解聚和缩聚反应,常温下形成了具有非晶态结构的铝硅酸盐涂层,其甲醛阻隔率最高可达86.2%,铅笔硬度高于9 H,附着力为1级。 Inorganic aluminosilicate coatings were prepared by reacting metakaolin with Na2 SiO3+NaOH,and then inorganic aluminosilicate coating layer were prepared by knife coating onto the surface of the density fiberboard and after natural drying to block VOC release from density fiberboard. The structure and micromorphology of the coatings were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM. The formaldehyde barrier properties,hardness and adhesion of the coatings were measured respectively. The results show that the metakaolin depolymerized and polycondensed under the excitation of alkali activator,and then formed aluminosilicate coatings with amorphous phase structure. The coatings can be cured at room temperature,and their formaldehyde barrier rate reaches up to 86.2%. The pencil hardness of the coatings is higher than 9 H and the adhesion is level 1.
